Show Choir Nationals at the Grand Ole Opry
We are excited to be traveling to Nashville, TN to perform at the Grand Ole Opry! There are lots of details we will need to share with you as we prepare for the trip. Please watch this page as well as ParentSquare and Facebook to stay updated with the latest information.
Show Choir Nationals Competition Schedule
Please see the information below for the itinerary for the weekend – this includes call time for the buses and information regarding meals!
Thursday – Women’s Division
Friday – Mixed Division
Saturday – Mixed Finals
Students will leave on buses early Thursday morning, most likely prior to the start of school day and plan to arrive in Nashville around lunchtime in order to get lunch, get access to rooms and get ready for New Dimension’s performance that evening.
New Dimension will perform in the Women’s Division Thursday evening and there are no finals for this division.
On Friday, Signers will perform during the daytime and hopefully will return to the stage on Saturday morning for finals, though there is no guarantee.
There is a party for the students and hotel package ticket holders only offsite at Marathon Music Works Saturday evening.
Students will leave Sunday morning on buses to return home.
Tickets
NOTE: Venue sent updated ticket prices 1/24- Tickets are available at the venue for those attending the event without the package. Tickets are $30 per day. If you pay by card rather than cash, there is a 5% surcharge.
Concert Programs
Programs will be available for $5 cash or $5 plus 5% fee for cards.
Preliminary Information on Student Cost in Nashville (as of 9/28/23)
We are working hard to get you additional information regarding what meals might be provided. At this point, we know that food will be provided for the night of the dance. Please plan to send money for your child to get food on the trip down and at least two of three meals per day. We will be stopping on the way home for lunch, and each student will be responsible for purchasing their own lunch on Sunday as well. If your student will want a program, shirt, or other mementos, please plan to send money for that as well.

Payment Schedule for Hotel Rooms for Adults
Choir student hotel rooms are covered under their fees.
Band student fees are $650.
For adults wishing to get a hotel room at Gaylord, please find the payment schedule below.
Quad Room:
A deposit of $100 per person will be due by October 31. A payment of $200 per person will be due December 15. A payment of $200 per person will be due January 15. Final payment of $100 will be due February 15.
Triple Room:
A deposit of $150 per person will be due by October 31. A payment of $175 per person will be due December 15. A payment of $175 per person will be due January 15. Final payment of $185 per person will be due February 15.
Double Room:
A deposit of $200 per person will be due October 31. A payment of $200 per person will be due December 15. A payment of $200 per person will be due January 15. Final payment of $245 per person will be due February 15.
Single Room:
A deposit of $300 will be due October 31. A payment of $375 will be due December 15. A payment of $375 will be due January 15. Final payment of $280 will be due on February 15.
Hotel Parking
Parking at the hotel is $35 per day or $48 for valet and those driving will be responsible for this charge. Please feel free to carpool at your convenience.
