Volunteer Registration
All volunteers need to fill out the volunteer Google Form annually/each school year so we can confirm contact information and track volunteer requirement completionsand background check status.
Background Check
All volunteers in contact with students must have an active Level Three Background. This is done through Noblesville Volunteer Consortium and Safe Visitor in order to meet Noblesville Schools requirements for working with NHS students. We urge you to have this completed by Fall Break!

Current Volunteer Opportunities
Did you know that at the High School level it takes over 300 parent volunteers in a variety of ways during the entire school year to support our students’ participation? We need chaperones and help with costumes, equipment set up, spirit wear, fundraisers, decorating, food donations and much, much more. If you are unsure about how you can help, please reach out to anyone on the NHSCPO Board with questions!
- We currently have multiple opportunities for concert and show choir parents! Please see the sign up genius link above to find the multiple ways you can support our students – some even from the comfort of your home!
- We are still in need of a Fundraising Chair! Please email a member of the NHSCPO Board to express interest in learning more about the position.
2025-2026 Volunteer Requirements
1. All Show Choir families are expected to fill at least two chaperone and/or volunteer shifts throughout the school year. (Example: chaperone one concert plus serve one shift assisting costume committee chair)
Note: Families may opt-out of volunteer requirements by paying a $300 fee to NHSCPO, but please know parent volunteers are what keep our program afloat!
2. In addition, Show Choir families must volunteer at least one 4+ hour shift for the Indiana Show Choir Championships, hosted by NHS on March 22nd, 2025
