Mr. John Neubauer

John Neubauer has taught for 32 years, serving in choral music director roles at high schools in Illinois, Indiana and California. He has been in his current role as Director of Choirs at Noblesville High School since the Fall of 2016.
In addition to numerous choir championships, Mr. Neubauer also has been previously recognized as the Outstanding Illinois Arts Educator in 1998. He graduated from Millikin University (Decatur, Ill.) in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in music education and vocal/choral music education.

Claire Rancourt is from Westfield, Indiana and graduated from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music with a Bachelors in Choral Music Education and a minor in Psychology. While at IU, she toured with the Singing Hoosiers and worked as section leader and music education director. She received the Music Faculty Scholarship. She studied music abroad in Vienna, Austria in the Summer of 2024.
Outside of school, Ms. Rancourt loves to read, go on long walks, and spend time with friends and family. She is excited to begin teaching at Noblesville HS this coming fall.
